John A. Ingram, age 71 and a resident of Gulfport, peacefully passed away at his home on Tuesday, March 14, 2017. He was preceded in death by his wife Janet “Jan” Arnie Ingram; his parents, John Edward Ingram and Myrtle Leona Ingram, and his brother, Larry Ingram.
Survivors include his fiancé, Kathy Turan; his children, James “Bubba” Brown, Shelia Brown Kendall, Michele Adams Neal, William D. Adams, and Kay Vance; his siblings, Steve Ingram of Bonham, TX, Thomas Ingram (Ellen) of Vicksburg, and Nancy Light (Allen) of St. James, MO; eight grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
John was the owner of Ingram’s Roofing, Gutters, and Sheet Metal in Gulfport. He was also a member of the Gulf Coast Building Association. He loved his Saints, WWE, NASCAR, and Blackjack. John spent many nights at the Gulfport Dragway, with his race truck.
John was a wonderful and caring man and will be greatly missed by many.

A graveside service will be held on Friday, March 17, 2017, at 1pm at Floral Hills Memorial Gardens in Gulfport.
