William Earl Vaughan, Jr. age 74 and a resident of Biloxi, died on May 5, 2017, in Biloxi.

He was preceded in death by his parents, William E. & Leona Jakins Vaughan, Sr.; and his sister, Rebecca Edwards.

Mr. Vaughan is survived by his wife of 33 years, Brenda Beaugez Vaughan; his children, Kenneth (Donna) Vaughan, Susan (Scott) Ramsey, and Courtney (David) West; his brother, John Ray (Ellen) Vaughan and three grandchildren, Matthew Ramsey, Sarah Ramsey, and Vaughan West.

He was an avid gardener, and enjoyed nature and music. He was a member of St. Alphonsus Catholic Church in Ocean Springs. Mr. Vaughan served in the United States Air Force and served in the Vietnam War.

A graveside service will be held on Thursday, May 11, 2017, at 11:00 a.m. at Biloxi National Cemetery.
