Zachariah “Zack” Michael Normile, age 21 and a resident of Long Beach, died on June 1, 2017, in Long Beach.
Zack attended Long Beach High School and has been an employee of the Pass Christian Walmart for the past 3 years. Zack was proudly serving his country in the U.S. Army National Guard at the time of his death.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Patrick J., II and Frances M. Normile; his maternal grandfather, George Levy and Rev. Gail Willard Carson.
Zack is survived by his father, Patrick, III (Sonya) Normile of Gulfport; his mother, Cortney (Jeremy) Carson of Bunker Hill, WV; his siblings, Jeremiah Normile of Gulfport, Patrick J. Normile, IV of Scott County, MS, Nicholas Carson and Logan Carson both of Bunker Hill, WV, Kayla Compton of Atlantic, IA, and Hannah Anderson of Gulfport; his great grandmother, Marquita Melissa Fisher; his grandmothers, Michelle (Horace) Fortner of Tampa, FL and Jeanelle Clark of Gulfport; his niece, Winter Compton of Atlantic, IA; his step-grandparents, Betty Ann and Raymond Wayne Wagner and many other loving family members and friends.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, June 7, 2017, at 1:30pm at Southern Mississippi Funeral Services, 6631 Washington Avenue in Ocean Springs. Friends may visit from 12 Noon until service time. Burial will follow at Finley Cemetery on Highway 53 in Harrison County.
