Thomas Augustus Galle, Jr., 59, a life long resident of Ocean Springs, lost his battle to cancer on Wednesday, July 19, 2017 peacefully surrounded by his loving family.

He enjoyed harvesting oysters, crabbing, and fishing . He will be best remembered for his crab meat with no shells. He also enjoyed riding the beach and driving through the harbor every day.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Thomas and Doris Galle and grandson, Anderson Thomas Galle.

He is survived by his loving wife Esther Galle; son, Michael Galle; grandson, Michael Galle, Jr.; fur babies, Sandy, Pedo, and Nabu; siblings, Deborah, James, Cora Lee, and J.B., and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.

Celebration of life services will be held from 5-7 pm on Monday, July 24, 2017 at Southern Mississippi Funeral Services, 6631 Washington Avenue, Ocean Springs, Mississippi 39564.
