Beverly Ann (Seymour) Couevas, age 74, passed from this life on Saturday, January 6, 2018. Beverly grew up in Biloxi, raised her family in Latimer, and most recently moved to Texas to live with her daughter. She passed away peacefully at home with her son and daughter by her side.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Lloyd Sr. and Lillie (Mitchell) Seymour; her husband, Joseph F. Couevas and her sister, Lily Marie “Cookie” Seymour.

She is survived by her son, Joseph F. Couevas, Jr., of Sarasota, Florida; her daughter, Yvonne Pirnik and husband, Jim, of Rosharon, Texas; her granddaughters, Jennifer and Megan Pirnik; her brother, Lloyd Seymour, Jr. and wife, Linda, of Biloxi and her sister, Brenda Vick and husband, Paul, of Ocean Springs.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Friday, January 19, 2018, from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Southern Mississippi Funeral Services, 6613 Washington Avenue in Ocean Springs.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, January 20, 2018, at 1:00 p.m. at St. Mary Catholic Church, 8343 Woolmarket Road in Biloxi. An inurnment will follow at Biloxi City Cemetery.
