Linda Dubose, 73 born on November 4th 1944 of Orange Grove passed away October 3rd 2018.

She is preceded in death by her parents Corbin and Lucille Barker, siblings Bobby Barker, Jimmy Barker, Hellen Hatch, and son Bruce Phillips.

Linda is survived by her sisters Betty Disotell and JoAnn Burns, her son Brian Phillips, daughter in laws Phyllis Phillips and Renee Phillips, grandchildren Ariana Phillips, Chase Phillips, Josh Phillips, Heather Bond, Michelle Hammons, Melissa Powell, Kyle Phillips, and dear friend Molly May.

Linda was a loving mother, proud grandmother, and loyal friend. Linda was southern class at it’s finest. She was either on time or “fashionably late.” She dressed with elegance and taste; one would never catch her out and about any other way. She was every bit of the sense “sugar, spice, and everything nice.”

The family will receive friends from 1-2:30 pm on Tuesday, October 9, 2018 at Campground Baptist Church, 20577 MS-53, Gulfport, MS 39503 with funeral service to follow at 2:30. Interment will follow in Floral Hills Memorial Gardens.
